I’m not talking about totally uprooting, moving to a new city, and starting a new job. I’m talking about hair that’s sealed against moisture- the silkiest hair I’ve ever had.
I’m talking about when I discovered Color Wow Dream Coat. Flashback to late August: I was watching a YouTube video about blow drying my hair (yes, I’m obsessed with YouTube tutorials, ok?), and the girl started raving about her one must-have product by Color Wow.
After watching her video, I was intrigued. Her hair had seemed so coarse and frizzy, and it was transformed into strong, silky, flowing locks in a matter of minutes. Could a hair product actually be that effective? I thought it had to be too good to be true.
I researched the product online, and the before and after photos also seemed a bit unbelievable. Reviews were full of before photos of Hagrid hair, and after photos of JLo sleekness. Chris Appleton, renowned hairstyle to stars like the Kardashian, is a believer.
Post-Chris Appleton revelation, I decided I would have to give it a try, and ordered Color Wow Dream Coat from the Color Wow website. As soon as it came in, I gave it a try- and I was blown away (no pun intended 😉 ).
I’m not sure how it works, but the website claims that the product “covers each hair strand with an invisible waterproofing cloak,” and it has more than 1,900 reviews on its site; all five stars. If that isn’t some kind of dark magic, I’m not sure what is. Whatever the mystical potion is, it’s incredible. Now I simply can’t imagine not using my Dream Coat whenever I blowdry my hair.
The trick is that you have to use a lot of the product for it to work. You section your hair little by little, and completely coat each section with the product. Then, blow dry, and voila, life changed!
